I brought my 2009 Sebring in last week was told that I just needed pads on all and rotors on back. Got a second opinion and was told that in addition, the back left caliber was bad and had to be replaced which doubled the cost that Thompson Chrysler dealer told me a week before. Hummmm?I bring it back to dealer and told them what I was told. Randy at the desk reassured me that this was checked last week, and it was not an issue so I dropped the car off last night for pads and rotors. Got a call this morning saying that the left back caliber is bad and has to be replaced. Now, this is the THIRD time in the last 3-4 years that I was told one thing on a brake check one week and week later it's more. First time, no brake issue?.a week later new pads / rotors. Second time brake check, no brake issue (and I reminded you about the first time), a week later, new pads,rotors. Third time..shame on me. Thompson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, Edgewood, MD Your service checks are horrible and a detriment to safety. Free oil changes won't make up for this poor excuse of service this time.

1st spoke with Julie over the phone. Julie was very friendly and gave me a price that was good enough to get me to drive 1 1/2 hours from Delaware. Upon arriving at the dealership the following day Ed met us with a smile at the door. After a test drive and a short negotiation we decided to buy the truck. We went to Thompson to purchase a used car. After reviewing our options our sales person Richard told us that for the price and payments we were looking for we would be able to get a new car. He made a suggestion and we took it for a test drive. We fell in love with the Dodge Journey immediately. They were able to give us every possible rebate and incentive and brought the price down a lot. They were awesome to work with and I would highly recommend this dealer to everyone.

We received a coupon for a $20 oil change which prompted our visit. When we arrived to drop off the vehicle we were told that the price would be $49.95 because we requested synthetic oil plus $20 for a tire rotation. The service rep then stated that there was a deal going on, pay $59.95 up front for the oil change and the next three would only be $39.95, which we agreed to. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle we waited 30 minutes in line while the only service rep actually working was on the phone with a customer. The other service rep just sat there watching us while he ate. Once we were finally being taken care of we were told our total was $115. Apparently the "deal" doesn't include the labor and actual quarts of oil. When we commented about the extra cost, the rep just brushed us off. We finally get into our vehicle to drive home and we not only have to throw away the garbage they left in the car, but we also have to reset the oil change indicator light. We basically just paid to be treated poorly and pick up trash. We will never visit Thompsons again.
