Which features are available for safety?

Standard across the board will be features like four-wheel antilock disc brakes, supplemental front seat side-mounted airbags, electronic stability control, a Parkview camera, supplemental side curtain airbags, hill start assist, trailer sway damping, multistage front airbags, brake assist, electronic roll mitigation, sentry key, ready alert braking, and a tire pressure monitoring system. What are the possible trim levels?

The seven trim levels of the 2500 would be the Tradesman, the SLT, the Big Horn, the Laramie, the Laramie Longhorn, the Limited, and the Power Wagon. The base trim stays fairly basic to help keep costs low for a truck that is built for heavy hauling and ease of work. The SLT adds a few luxuries to this for those that are looking less for a work truck and more for an everyday truck of a typical worker. The Big Horn further steps this up with a little more luxury like premium cloth upholstery, an extra USB port, and chrome grille slats, among other items. The Laramie bumps in extra technology on top of the luxury with its HD radio, smartphone integration, heated steering wheel, 10-speaker sound system, and more. The Laramie Longhorn adds some style with accent colors, front bucket seats, a chrome mesh grille, and upgraded floor mats. The Limited then brings it back to a more functional viewpoint by adding keyless entry and ignition, automatic high beams, the RamBox cargo management system, and automatic wipers. Topping it all off the Power Wagon brings it all in with tow hooks, a front anti-roll bar, skid plates, aggressive all-terrain tires, off-road functioning, and even Bilstein off-road shock absorbers.

What is under the hood?

Whether you choose to go with two-wheel drive or four-wheel drive, you will have the option of three engines. The first engine is a 5.7-liter V8 with 383 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque.
